Tyler,
How does this board compare to using a resistance band just above the knees? Like Tony is with this student: https://www.instagram.com/p/CIbs01cFoXe/
Thanks,

Thanks to you and your site along with numerous lessons from some pretty good teachers, I’ve really improved my game in the last 5 years (I’ve tried but failed to figure out some way to come out and see you in person but the closest I can easi…

I doubt that Jeff Mann has any serious interest in improving his swing or knowledge of the swing but rather wants to engage in an argument where he pulls out tons of 2D video and loads of words to dominate the conversation. His purpose appears…

Money drill. Stuck around the house I definitely had lost some fluidity, if you will, in my motion. I’ve trained enough that the intent of throwing the club in the backswing really adds some fluidity which I had lost (or maybe never real…

See little about having the backswing in synch. Much more about the synching of arms and pivot in transition/downswing.
My experience is the better I am synched in the backswing then the better the swing is. I currently go to p2, stop, then go…

Tyler,
Is there an advantage to applying force, by actively pressing your feet into the ground, at setup through your feet? I can take setup and rely on just my body weight to apply force or I can press down and increase the force beyond my body…

James Ridyard has a presentation he gave to the PGA teaching and Coaching Summit back in 2015 and he mentioned that 95% of tour players use one (maybe two) club - quoted Jack on this. I'm in that camp - to me easily to develop skills with…
