Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.

(“GSA”), you grant GSA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, translate, publish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your User Submissions in any media or format now known or later developed.

This license includes, without limitation, the right to use User Submissions for: (a) providing and improving GSA’s services; (b) instructional content; (c) research and product development; (d) training, testing, or improving artificial intelligence or machine learning systems; (e) marketing and promotional activities; and (f) creating new features, products, or commercial offerings.

To the extent your User Submissions contain your name, image, likeness, golf swing, voice, or other personal attributes (“Likeness”), you grant GSA the right to use such Likeness as part of the licensed uses described above, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party. You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation for GSA’s use of your User Submissions or Likeness.
