The face on picture below has pull written all over it. I think your pull is coming from being "steep at the bottom". It looks like a combination of the lead arm shoulder blade pulling down and around and the trail arm joining it and going into more internal rotation. Which isn't directly attacked by any of the swing thoughts you mentioned. It could be related to coming in shallow and/or exiting high, but usually golfers with the shoulder pull pattern cheat and come in shallow from the body or exit high with the body or wrists instead of the shoulders.
