How To Keep the Head Back? ¶

Just a quick preamble: . I'm 65, have played golf since my mid 20s and played to as low as a 4.5 handicap all with a very handsy swing. Gave up golf due to time 15 years ago, and came back about 2 years ago with a commitment to eliminate the hands, get shaft lean, lag etc. I have made great progress and up til recently, my ball striking has been the best ever. But looking at my video I was convinced I could and should get more shaft lean (I was probably at 6 degrees and I was going for 12). And over the next couple of weeks, I developed a horrible habit of being/getting blocked, can't get the clubface closed and its pretty much about my head moving in front of the ball (which I think was a way with my old swing to prevent it going left). With great concentration doing the 9-3 drills I can keep my head back and get in the proper (pro) impact position with my head back, good spine tilt and an extended lead leg. Unfortunately, it seems that every time I go for a little juice in my swing (adding clubhead speed), I am pushing off my rear leg and getting my head in front of the ball. I am guessing the reason this didn't bite me in my past life of playing golf is because I could correct it with my hands. Now that I have taken them out of the swing, its blocked or worse shanked.
Anyway, I am looking for drills that I can work that will help me keep my head back and allow the clubface to get closed all in the goal of making this natural and effortless without having to think about it.
Any thoughts you may have (or videos on your website etc) will be appreciated.
