Bending angle from the hips at adress

I know that there is not enough flex in this posture but I can't feel the need on putting more angles.

Is there a drill, a though or an image you can share to help me going toward that please?

Are the hands supposed to be lower at adress in order to have a free and easier throwing of the club in the downswing ?

Bending more from the hips can help create the slack to help create lag and shaft lean. Typically, if you start too tall, then you will have to throw the arms to reach the ball.

Yes, your hands would be a little bit lower if you bent more at the hips. A good rule of thumb is that your finger tips would barely touch the top of your kneecap.
