The first video is one of my favorites. Victor Hovland losing his lead foot footing (kinda rare unless the ground is really soft). Then a picture of Dustin showing the general directions of push. Then Chris Como swinging with no GFR. Then a video of the trail foot pushing for Rory and Tiger. I think part of the trick is how to push with each foot. I have a video on the lead foot bracing coming out soon that I think helps explain it better.

Feeling both feet spinning toward the target in the sand could be a sign of doing too much from the trail leg.
