What do you think of the drill of putting the alignment stick under right arm pit and then keeping the stick pinned on the LEFT arm throughout the downswing? Does this promote the same position you are highlighting in this video?

How important is right hip depth in backswing? Additionally, how does one gain right hip depth without sitting into it that seems to then set up a early extension jump into transition to find balance?
