Golf Course Coin Flip

Golf course coin flip is a great way to add variety and randomness to your on course practice. It also forces you to really engage with the shot at hand, and get away from thinking mechanics on the course.

  • Heads = fade shots, Tails = draw shot
  • Heads = high shot, Tails = low shot

This course game is golf course coin flip. So golf course coin flip similar to the

00:00:05,000 --> 00:00:10,000
range coin flip. Basically I'm going to use the coin to challenge me on the golf

00:00:10,000 --> 00:00:14,000
course. So in this particular case if I flip a heads I'm going to have to play

00:00:14,000 --> 00:00:19,000
a fade on every shot on this hole. If I flip a tails I'm going to hit a draw

00:00:19,000 --> 00:00:24,000
on every shot. We can also add if I was to flip a heads I'm going to hit a

00:00:24,000 --> 00:00:28,000
high shot if I hit a tails I'm going to hit a low shot. So that's a little bit

00:00:28,000 --> 00:00:35,000
of randomness and a lot of course strategy to playing the round of golf

00:00:35,000 --> 00:00:39,000
because there may be a hole where the pin is talked to left and I'm just

00:00:39,000 --> 00:00:42,000
going to play for the center of the green because I didn't flip the right shot.

00:00:42,000 --> 00:00:47,000
What you'll find is that sometimes you're going to play better playing

00:00:47,000 --> 00:00:49,000
aggressively sometimes you're going to play better playing

00:00:49,000 --> 00:00:54,000
conservatively but by focusing on a specific shot it's really going to

00:00:54,000 --> 00:00:58,000
challenge you to get real specific with your starting line with your path

00:00:58,000 --> 00:01:02,000
and with your intentions. So I highly recommend it for adding a little bit of

00:01:02,000 --> 00:01:07,000
variety and randomness to your practice which will keep challenging you

00:01:07,000 --> 00:01:10,000
which forces you to work on the process as opposed to getting out there

00:01:10,000 --> 00:01:14,000
and just kind of being a robot.
