When I think of a consistent swing, I think of a swing with a good flat spot and club face control. I think your overall arm structure is pretty good, but your body isn't very rotated at impact. That can make the bottom of the swing have less of a flap spot. But I'm not sure what you're able to do with the right hip. Have you tried working on getting a bit more open. Have you tried either the merry go round or push ball drill to work on the impact position?
In the first two screenshots, you can see how the club is already fairly high off the ground. That means the club isn't staying along the ground for very long. The one thing you might have to watch out for is the club face in the third picture. You can see that it's still open, which means if you did turn, you might hit the ball off the the right if you don't add a little motorcycle movement.
