For only playing less than a year, I think you're off to a solid start. I think there are two places you could start refining your swing. Upper body stability, or the release. I'd start with whichever one sounded like more fun but over the season, you'll probably want to work on both.
With the upper body stability idea, you have a fair amount of shift off the ball in the backswing, toward the target in the downswing and then up through the release (early extension). When you have a few extra lateral movements like that, I usually just simplify the concept to keeping your upper body more centered. Here's a video to help with that, but I have a handful on the topic.
One tricky thing is that most of those lateral movements help shallow the club. You can see in the attached snapshots that your downswing arm motion is a little steep. So some path training to help your release come from a more neutral path could also help.
A little note, you might want to put up some type of shank guard as you're working on this. Sometimes shallowing can make you hit it on the heel and you're already in a downswing position where heel contact could be possible :)
