The focus of this program is learning to use your hands to assist or resist the key movements of the golf swing and short game! You'll learn techniques for the phases of the swing (takeaway, loading at the top, transition, release, bracing to finish) as well as for the key body parts (hands/wrists, scapula, rib cage, hips/pelvis). By sensing what muscles your student is using, you'll have a glimpse into their brain and the power to activate new strategies for them.
The Stock Tour Swing is simple, but coaching isn't always straightforward. I'll explain the order I frequently use when teaching the Stock Tour Swing fundamentals in individual lessons as well as group programs. After completing this program, you'll be fully equipped to implement a 3-hour ball striking mastery class as well as an 8-12 week program.
- The key details to my favorite drills that allow for self discovery
- Assisted and resisted drills to overcome sticking points when self discovery just isn't working
- How to help yourself and your students breakthrough sticking points
- Hands-on drills to further your understanding of the swing on a deeper level not just swing theory
- How to master the keys to each technique by showing you where to put your hands and how hard to resist/assist in what direction
- More techniques that will help you improve your students' games as well as your own
- Both full-swing and short-game
This program will provide a whole new set of tools for helping your students and a plan for teaching these skills in a group format.
