Body stall
Body stall in the downswing happens when hips and chest slow too soon, forcing an arm-flip and lack of consistency. This series trains continuous rotation through impact—via Clearing the Left Side, Trail Arm Body Sync, Downswing Rewind, and Presetting Spine Rotation—so the club squares from sequence, not hand panic. Expect sharper chest rotation (Sharks Fin), better trail-hip use, precise Impact Bag Release Timing, and Jason Day benchmarks.
- Finish turning by impact to erase stall-flip and tighten dispersion.
- Recoil, Pool Noodle, Turtle Shell Stab, Ketchup Bottle drills for cleaner contact.
- Sync lead arm and torso (Turn Through Your Left Arm) for a square face.
- Clear the left side; manage supination to stop hooks/blocks.
Start now to upgrade sequencing, compress the ball, and swing through without stalling.
