How to Shallow Your Arms for a Better Transition
After this video, you'll be able to:
- Understand how to position the extender to encourage a shallower swing path
- Practice transitioning your arms to avoid a steep angle and improve contact
- Feel the correct release movements through the follow-through for consistent ball striking
In this drill, you'll learn how to use an extender to effectively shallow your arms during the transition phase of your swing. This technique helps improve your swing path and promotes better contact with the ball.
