Hi Team, Through video I realise that during transition my right shoulder moves forward and my right forearm is higher than my left causing a steep angle and out to in swing. What drills are best to ensure I retract my right shoulder blade and to ensure I transition with my left forearm above my right? Photos are pre identifying issue (dark top) and post trying to work on it (light top) 51yo, 15 months back playing, 5 hcap Thanks

Hi Alan, Check out my video - sternum-bicep-forearm. https://golfsmartacademy.com/golf-instruction/sternum-bicep-forearm-arm-shallow-angle/ Your arms have a steep look to them, but you keep your body closed to help balance that out. If your body stays more closed, then you'll likely look for power from an arm pull move. That causes the shoulder blade to want to elevate. In short, to get the shoulder to be more retracted, you'll want shallower forearm position and more rotational movement from the lower body and core. Good luck!
