struggling with speed

Hello, Ive been using your videos for over a year now. Last year I finally reached my swing goal which was 90+mph 7 iron and 110+ driver. then I tore my calf muscle and since then w rehab and subsequent illnesses have struggled to regain speed. Its not for strength training or conditioning so I dont think thats the issue. However, my swing has substantially degraded. I briefly have been in the upper 80s and low 90s for several weeks but Im not sure what has happened. Here are videos showing my swing. I have been using the merry goround, the jackson 5, the idea of keeping the arms in the air during transition, the motorcycle drill, I Use a hack motion to make sure my 9-3 hand path is good. I have done pretty much most of your swing videos but something is not clicking. i can see the obvious problems here including head raising up, the vertical back swing, overswing, the lack of transition with lower body but it is not for lack of trying.
I suspect the main issue is the backswing however, what I dont understand is where the problem begins or ends. I have been trying to complete a more deep backswing and I am wondering if thats part of the issue? Separately during the jackson 5 move pre-transition I try to let my trail elbow bend so that I can naturally create a larger backswing but not sure if thats why the head raising takes place. Anyway please help

Sorry to hear about the calf injury and subsequent loss of swing. Golf is a hard game to keep the swing dialed indefinitely. Do you by any chance have a video of your swing from pre calf injury when you were swinging it the speeds you'd like? It's much easier to compare 2 swings than to imagine what might have fallen off to cause the club speed drop.
In lieu of that, I would go after these two screenshots. Impact and follow through looks to have a breakdown and narrowing. That often accompanies a steeper arm movement during the downswing. But if you have an older video, it might be easier to narrow down which one to focus on first.

I do not have an older video as i did not have these cameras. All i know is following your videos is what helped me. I was messaging you all of last year for various questions i had. Not sure if that was sufficient to help figure out.
Is there anything i should start with focusing on w your videos.

No worries, if you don't have old video, then I just work off the standard Stock Tour Swing model we're trying to work toward.
If it were me, I'd probably work on that impact and follow through. Especially the follow through width. I think with that amount of arm bend in the follow through, it would be risky to try and add more speed. Adding speed would likely throw off the contact or direction. Part of what will get you better arm extension in the follow through would be better arm motion in the release. I would start with some 9 to 3s to identify what part of the release you need to work on. If you'd like, post a video of your 9 to 3 and we can be more specific in what to work on.
Happy Golfing,
