Hi Tyler!
From this rear view I can tell I have an upper dominated transition. I’m thinking step drills, lower body slowly but early, trail leg push, and Jackson 5 videos. Is there anything else you would recommend?

Maybe it's a friction thing and we have to change the spikes :D
Kidding, yes, seems like a sequencing issue, step change of direction, pelvic punch, transition pump, band resisted sequence training, torso burner, and rope or towel swings would be some of my favorites off the top of my head.
