Videos have been freezing

Hi Joseph, I’m sorry you’re having issues viewing videos on the site. We use Vimeo to steam and embed our videos which is a widely used platform. The playback issue you’re seeing is likely related to connection speed. Please make sure that your video player is on “auto” quality. You can check this by clicking on the gear on the bottom right of the player and selecting it. Then if you have this issue again, please respond to this thread with the direct link to the video page and I can take a look at it.
