Very young juniors and divot board

Hi Tyler. 2 questions. I have mostly junior students, since I am J3 TPI certified. What is the best way I can teach them to make consistent ball first contact. It gets very frustrating witnessing them hit 6 inches behind the ball, over and over. Don't get me wrong, they do make ball first contact, 30% of time, even my, 5 year olds. Second, any divot board you recommend or do you not recommend them? Thank you.
