I finally got a chance to watch it, really cool documentary. Thanks for sharing. I think this video helps dispel the idea that good athletes don't think about their technique. Every tour pro I've ever worked with had a better than average understanding of their mechanics. It seems like quarterbacks, and pitchers, have similar awareness/understanding.
