Switching to longer clubs, what to expect?

Hi Tyler, After playing with clubs that were too short for me for the last 11 years (I was gifted them by a slightly shorter than me, low handicap friend), I am about to receive my new fitted clubs which are 1/2" overlength (previous set was standard length I believe). Now that I'll have the right tool for my body, I'm wondering what kind of growing pains I might expect or if I should make any conscious setup adjustments even tho they are minimally longer than the previous set of irons I've been using (and drilling into my body for 11 years 😬) For reference I am 6'4 with an athletic build.
