Do you have any insight into this new app? It appears to be a real game changer for instruction - 3D from a 2D video off a phone or tablet! Looked to see if info is around on how they validated their measurements and what, if any, are the limits compared to a gears or amm.

I haven't checked it out in person yet. But I chatted briefly with Dr. Cheetham about it. It sounds like they are fairly accurate with the big angular measurements for the body, which is great. But those aren't the most useful parameters when looking at a golf swing. I am excited about the technology, as it does seem like it's a move in the right direction. The idea of having 3D data with just a video is pretty exciting, but I think the really important 3D graphs aren't being presented yet. So we'll see how the technology evolves. If you're trying to really analyze a player, then I don't think it will replace AMM for the body or gears for the club anytime soon, but it's a product I'll definitely be tracking!
