Can’t not scoop and I can’t learn the rotation arm release

Hi all,
I practice everyday and have recently been learning about how impact actually happens on your trail side and the arms rotate throughout the whole swing however I haven’t been able to get it right and I continue to scoop every ball I hit without fail. Currently I’m trying a super strong grip but that makes it harder for me to supernate my arm. I do the left arm only drills and they work but as soon as I add my trail arm I scoop and don’t roll the release. I just keep seem to get the right feeling of how to release the club and hit the ball super early. The timing piece of lowering my arms and unhinging all to my trail side and rotating onto the ball is also a struggle. I came across your YouTube channel and all your teachings are exactly what I’m learning is now correct in the golf swing, so here I am! Any help would be appreciated, thank you
Update; I have been trying the 9 - 3 and 10 - 2 with trying to feel the rotation of me arms a lot more and I seem to be getting some shaft lean but the flip comes back in at the 10 - 2

Hi Zachary,
First, golf is hard, I hope you're enjoying the grind. As a golfer, if you're practicing, you'll have the opportunity to learn from working on the wrong thing as much as the right things.
So here's my take on your move. I don't think you have a scoop/flip. If you look at impact, you have some shaft lean and your lead wrist hasn't broken down. Then if we investigate around impact, your P6 doesn't look like a cast/scoop, and if you look at just past impact, your wrist angles haven't changed that much.
What it looks like to me is your have more of a shoulder issue. You get a lot of rotation from the lead shoulder. Here's a little analysis video to help.
Happy Golfing,
Tyler

Thank you very much, Tyler. Do you have any drills you would recommend to reduce the rotation of my lead shoulder?
