Wrist limitations

Hi coaches,
I would like to have your thoughts on wrist mobility limitations, and how you build a grip around that?
Let's say player 1 have lead wrist flexion limited to 30⁰ max.
Can we build a grip around that?
What do you say?
Cheers
David

Whenever I've had a golfer with severe wrist limitations, I try to work from the release backward. Where do I want the club after impact (follow-through) and at impact. For example, I had a student with a fused trail wrist. He had some radial/ulnar deviation, but no extension. In order to get some shaft lean, we put his hand on the grip as strong as you've ever seen. So he could keep a little radial at impact and still get a bit of compression. 30 degrees is limited, but not impossible. Depending on the current miss pattern, you could use a stronger grip (Zach Johnson never gets to zero, let alone 30 degrees flexed in his swing. He could be a model to work off of if that's the only limitation.
