Anatomy Topics - These will be key moves, we'll look at moves but relate the anatomy from year one to each move Takeaway - Arms vs body drive Turn vs sway vs lift Key connections in the shoulders, abs, hips Backswing - Arms vs body driven What is getting loaded, how to recognize it Key connections in the foot, hips, shoulders Transition - Steep vs shallow patterns Arm pull vs body Lower body vs upper body force patterns Concentric vs Eccentric muscle loading Key connections - foot, hips, shoulders, core Release 1 - Flip roll vs tour release Connecting the shoulder movements to the pelvis movements Key connections - shoulders to trunk Release 2 - bracing connecting the leg movements to the pelvis and the core Key connections - foot, knee, hips, pelvis, trunk/spine Follow through position - Bracing Club position to ball-park face and path pattern staying in posture vs not and how that relates to lower or upper body movements Key Connections - pelvis and shoulders Finish - Comparing different finish positions to expand on bracing/decelerating Key connections - pelvis, shoulders, spine Fascia and body 101 What is fasica? why is it important for movement? Discussing the control centers (Brain, Fascia, Joint, Muscles) Key Lines of tensions Rules of movement - what is required for any movement to be effective? 3D Presentations Torso Angles - Rotation/Side Tilt/Flex/Ext Torso Linears - Sway/Thrust/Lift Pevlis Angles - Rotation/Side Tilt/Flex/Ext Pelvis Linears - Sway/Thrust/Lift Lead Wrist Trail Wrist K - Seq Force and Pressure (connecting kinetics and kinematics) It's still in the planning phase, so if you have any suggestions on topics you'd like to see me discuss, please don't hesitate to comment below. I'm hoping to get a schedule finished during this shelter period as well. Stay healthy my friends, Tyler

+Tyler F Hi Tyler It looks great thank you ! In Anatomy, can you talk about ankles please and the TPI test that goes with it? Can you go over the information you have on pressure plates and force plates? I will let you know if I think of something else ! Cheers David

+David A Absolutely. I'll touch on the ankles in a few of the topics, but we can discuss specifically the TPI screen and what information it really tells you.

Hi Tyler, Your list looks great. Here are a few ideas: Are there combinations of drills that you commonly use during lessons? For example, I have combined Rewind to Backswing with Delivery and Go a few times to move the student closer to a full swing and creating feels for the swing. What kinds of things would you see in the golf swing that would potentially cause injury? Thank you. Ed Oldham
