Sway

Backswing sway is the unwanted lateral slide of your hips/torso instead of a centered pivot, disrupting pressure shift, glute loading, and face control. This series uses the Pressure Board, Pivot Wall Slides, Band Pull Backswing, and Sway Analysis to build hip tilt and Extend - Turn - Tilt for a stable, speed-friendly turn.
  • Foot-to-ground awareness with the DownUnder Board, Two Bucket Station, and wedge under the trail foot.
  • Stop the slide: Right Thigh Compression, Object Outside Trail Leg, Right Hip Into Left Pocket.
  • Calibrate rotation: Two Click Backswing, Shaft Resisted Rotation, Hula Hoop Pivot, Calibrating Spine Rotation.
  • Load the trail glute with Backswing Hip Tilt and Loading the Glute for stronger, cleaner contact and tighter dispersion.
