Swing Analysis - Louis Oosthuizen

Louis Oosthuizen's famous rhythm (shown with slow motion video)

There are two things required for great rhythm - relaxed arms and good sequencing. To sequence the body well, you want to power the downswing with the larger muscles of your body. The relaxed arms will usually show up in a free extension of the arms during the release. Watch how Louis demonstrates both of these keys in this analysis video of his swing.
