Bounce The Shaft

The bounce the shaft drill is a way to practice getting into a delivery position dynamically. This is helpful for golfers who tend to get out of position with their power moves in transition. Golfers who benefit from the bounce the shaft drill typically fit in one of three categories:

  1. Golfers who early extend
  2. Golfers who have a big slide
  3. Golfers who power their swing mostly with the trail shoulder.
