Head movement and overswing

Hi, New to the site and really loving the content as have always been a detail person. Got back into the game after a 15 year break and have dropped from 13 to 6.6 hcap. I am not consistent enough so have been working on swing from ground up over last 3 weeks (whilst isolated here in Australia and courses closed). Have worked on takeaway to get more shoulder angle, setting trying not to overswing. Have just started worked on transition specifically the Jackson 5 and flattening swing. Problems I am having and asking for assistance are: Head shift / tilt at takeaway which is a habit I’m struggling to fix Overswing at top where I tend to get bend in left arm (late sway in hips) Open to drills and suggestions, thanks PS - sorry video is Slo Mo but this is how I video my swing so I can review it in more detail (51yo, slight restriction in shoulder external rotation)

+Tyler F Appreciate the feedback Tyler and will incorporate this into training to improve the take away and getting more rhythm.
